In the IEMS we provide different types of data backup facilities on a daily and weekly basis. Customers can retrieve their data with no difficulty at all. We also provide backups if there is any particular request from customers.

Yes, We do provide the new report based on customer requirement. Up to 6 new reports, it is free and after that extra cost will be there for each report.
